Return/Exchange Policy

Here at FreshinFreshout.com we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. Our online return/exchange policy is as follows: 14-day exchange/return from the day you receive the item for online purchases. If you get a size that doesn’t fit, notify us, and once the item is received, we will send out a bigger or smaller size, respectively. If for some reason we don’t have size requested you can exchange for another item or we will issue you a refund. Returns made by a buyer that don’t involve size or product issues will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Thank you for Keeping it Fresh In & Out!!!
